Any time you have a claim or a question about a claim,
you can call our office for advise. Unfortunately not all claims happen during office hours, if your claim
is an emergency and you can't wait to speak with us first we have our HELP POINT Service. This service
is open 24 hours a day 7 days a week, so you can always have someone to file a claim with. All claims
are processed through our Help Point Service, but on minor claims, or if you are not at fault, we would rather you
call us first. Remember we are here for you!!
