This Wisconsin VE4 was one of 2 purchased at an auction in Le Seuer, MN by Jerry Corothers in January of 2004.  On January 12, Jerry and I drove down to Le Seuer to pick them up.  The engines had sat many years since they were last used.  The values on the engine I bought from Jerry were frozen in place, but the pistons were free.  This fact gave me some hope that I could restore the engine.
