Welcome to Briar Hill Estates boarding. I am glad to welcome you to be a boarder here! I have many different things that you can chose from to make sure your horse has a positive time experiance with us. Here are my plans of which I made and if you ahve any questions please contact me about it.

*All Stalls have Salt Licks that are in a bucket on the floor *All Stalls are cleaned morning/noon/night (unless you cleaned them) *All Stalls have toys (hanging, ground and in grain bucket) *All stalls are built for 19 Hand Horses (tall)

Plans:

Stallions/Geldings A: ($300 per month per horse)

-15x15 Stall
-Automatic Waterer
-Hay Rack at eye level
-Cooling system in summer
-Heater in winter
-Bug Sprayers (in back of stall)
-Groomed and Worked 5 days a week
-Outside 7 hours with Run in Shed
-Fed 3x Daily Hay,Grain.
-Supplements Vet and Farrier checked every 3 weeks

Stallions/Geldings B: ($250 per month per horse)

-15x15 Stall
-Hay Manger
-Cooling system in summer
-Heater in winter
-Groomed and Worked 3 Days a week Outside 5 hours
-Fed 2x Daily Hay, Grain, Supplements
-Will be vet and farrier checked every 5 weeks

Stallions/Geldings C: ($175 per month per horse)

-15x15 Stall
-Outside 8 Am - 7Pm
-You feed You clean Stall you must provide food
-You must provide health services Cost

Stallions/Geldings D: ($100 per month per horse)

-Turned out 24/7
-Fed a round bale outside
-Comes in for one hour for grain
-Turned out alone or with buddies

Plans for Mares

Mares A ($300 per month per horse)

Mares B: ($250 per month per horse)

-15x15 Stall
-Hay Manger
-Cooling system in summer
-Heater in winter
-Groomed and Worked 3 Days a week
-Outside 5 hours
-Fed 2x Daily Hay, Grain, Supplements
-Will be vet and farrier checked every 5 weeks

Mares C: ($175 per month per horse)

-15x15 Stall
-Outside 8 Am - 7Pm
-You clean Stall Y
-You must provide food
-You must provide health services
Mares D: ($100 per horse per month)

-Turned out 24/7
-Fed a round bale outside
-Comes in for one hour for grain
-Turned out alone or with buddies

Mares in Foal (One Plan) ($325 per mare per month)

-17x17 Stall
-Extra bedding Hay manager/rack/or floor Grain bowl/bucket
-Padding Mats/Air-O-Mattress
-Vet will be here for foaling
-Stall cleaned 5x Day
-Mare may go in/out as pleased with door attached to stall (Will be shut for first 2 weeks of foaling)
-Groomed daily
-Walked on walker or with person 2 hours a day

Foals (being weaned or yearlings) ($300 per foal per month)

-15x15 Stall
-Extra bedding
-Hay manager/rack/or floor Grain bowl/bucket
-Padding Mats/Air-O-Mattress
-Vet on call
-Stall cleaned 5x Day
-May go out for 3-5 Hours per day
-Groomed daily
-Walked on walker or with person 2 hours aday
-Will be training in Halter
-Always Has company
