1962 International Cub Cadet Original
This is my Cadet Original that I bought summer of 2005 for 100$, it came with a "mower Deck" that is pretty much rotted, but the tractor ran, and drove after some gas, and a couple of wires. It has the original tires on it I think. It also has an 8hp engine installed by a dealer at some point, so you could say that it has a "factory" engine. It has a Wheel Horse front plow that we got at the local landfill a bunch of years ago, I welded up a frame and it works perfect, and It is the trip type so when I hit something, it tips forwards so it doesn't bend. I have started to refurbish it, but it takes time and money, soooo I just do parts when i can, I'm just trying to protect it for the moment. I usually use this for pulling a small dump cart, or pushing a little bit of snow, or dirt. I have put rear wheel weights on since these pictures were taken, which has helped immensely. It has both electric and pull start, but I think it needs new wiring as it doesn't charge the battery, but it might be just that i need a new battery...
