1970 Brockway 361
Here's is my 1970 Brockway with a 290hp Cummins, with a 13 speed road ranger transmission. I don't know too much about this yet because it's at my uncles in Dudley Massachusetts, right below Worcester/Webster.
not too shabby, but hey for free what can you ask for??!!
my great uncle used this truck to haul his sewer tanker, and also for plowing local roads for a period of time. The plow frame I didn't get as we have no use for it.... it has a wet line to the back so we could use a detachable loboy or a dump body or something of that nature... It also has 44,000lb rears, tri-axle truck. My uncle says it is rated somewhere ar0und 66,000lb GVW which will haul our tractors no problem.
we got this home, and we took one air tank off, and it was rusted out at the bottom, so we are going to buy one soon, and we bought two brake canisters for it, and now we are just waiting for some time to put them on so we can at least move the truck, HERE are a bunch of pictures from when we were unloading it a few hundred yards from our house. We used our Chevy 2500 to pull it home.
