How to get it:

Beat the Grand Masters. Jack is the owner of the card, so you have to battle against the card before you can have it. Beat the Grand Masters and your Rival to get it once. Now you can get a second legendary card by battling them again (you don't have to fight your rival again). After you've won, you get just one legendary card, by random. So if you beat them four more times, you have eight legendary cards. You can't get more than two.
