Obv 13-15: As Tudhaliya the Younger was the master of the Land of Hatti, the princes of Hattusa, the lords, the military chiefs, the nobles, the entire infantry, the cavalry swore allegiance to him and my father also swore allegiance to him.

Obv: 16-19: When my father revolted against Tudhaliya, on the departure from Hattusa, the princes, the lords the military chiefs and the nobles were all ranged alongside my father and the conspirators seized Tudhaliya and they killed Tudhaliya.
