KIRKUK

The following analysis is based on Lewy in "Essays in Memory of E.A. Speiser." ___. The Bazian Pass is to the east of Kirkuk.  Arzuhinni is placed at a triple-corner with one road leading NW to Arrapha, one E to the Bazin pass and one S to Tauq.

Qabra is placed on the bank of the Lesser Zab. Tushan is placed as the south bank opposite city - both located at the medival crossing of Altin Kopriu on the road from Kirkuk to Arbela. Nuzi is located outside of Kirkuk [this placement on the road map is not verified yet.]
