I have no pictures of him WITHOUT his hat...it's a rare sight...it's true. It's almost like a trademark of Shannon's, to be wearing that baseball cap backwards at the various meet-ups throughout the year.
He's always been one of the solid fixtures of the meet-ups, and you can pretty much betcha that whenever there is a meetup, he is guaranteed to be there, with his camera in hand. There were a few that he did miss last year, due to his planned trip to America, although it fell through...however of late he has been dablling in his own events, such as the trip to Wonderland which was an adrenalin-packed day full of roller-coasters and dodgem cars. Watch out for the Easter Tuesday meetup @ The RAS Showgrounds as he plans to visit the Easter Show with a few Gang members!
At the moment he's djing every friday night and saturday night @ Mingara. It's been going great guns, he's for once offered to get some of the gang up there to see him in action...at the moment he's totally into trance and hard house, especially BeXta who he totally digs. He's also got his own website which is worth a look at! There are love poems, songs, downloads, pictures and even a chat room that he has set up. It has taken a long time for him to get it together, but one look at it and you will be amazed at the work that has gone to it...he used HTML code for everything.
He's one of those guys who you could say, "credit is given where credit is due"...the credit for this ex-heavyweight of Chatalyst is rolling in. Peers such as Rishie and Oxy regard him as a legend in his own right...and although some people may disagree and dislike him for what he does and who he is, he does not let it faze him in his intentions and actions. |
