Lauren's 21st
Tonight was already going to be a party night as it was World Cup Rugby final night!?The rain was falling down all day long but that didn't stop the whole city being on party mode!?Tonight was also a special night, with Little L (Lauren) celebrating the 2-1!

The night started off at Wagamama's (naughty child in Japanese??not sure) with a lot of us wearing our badges that we got sent in the mail!?We also got to see the latest addition to the gang: Justin David Sommers-direct from the hospital!?Lauren's dad asked us if Justin was going to share a few bevvies with us, but he was a little fighter nonetheless!

Lauren had friends from EVERYWHERE: Work, School plus family and there was The Gang: not only was Danielle and Grant there, but Colleen, Robbie, Shannon, plus Craig and Corin [what is going on with these two? LOL] and then Sej-omg...THE BOMB!?She was certainly very foxy with her heels!

All night long we were making treks down to the large screen placed outside the Cargo Bar but it was pretty obvious that we weren't going to get inside tonight!?Back at Wagamama's, the food was a total treat-chicken dumplings for entree, with a fried rice dish + noodles, with a hint of egg and vegetables inside-this was top notch fooooooooooooooooood!!!!!

The birthday cake-ooh!?A bit custardy, just the right amount...probably a pastry shell but the base was largely custard (i loved it!) this one had me making sure I would chop it into 16 little pieces to make sure I would enjoy it all night long!?Mrs Rixon said that it was from a shop in Brighton Le Sands-one that Ana and I are going to hunt down soon!

The evening was now in full swing and it was time to party as England just won the world cup!!?We took our time making a decision on what sort of night we were going to have, but in the end it was left to Lauren-RETRO WAS THE GO!?We lost a few people here, but i gained a few-Linda from uni was celebrating the end of uni, as well as Salma's birthday!!!?PARTY ON!!!!!?Robbie and I [as the Coco's Troopers] now had to show everyone how 'The Troopers' do it-we found an empty bar upstairs and it was worth the countless flights of stairs in Retro [walking down them thru the night became a lot funner...with the aid of Sejal ;o)]

But tonight the party was happening on the bottom level-OH MY LORD!?The music may have been a bit tacky at times but you couldn't help dancing tonight!!?I probably knocked over a few people when Robbie and I ran to the dancefloor when Jamiroquai's "Little L" came on [hey we requested it for Lauren!] and tonight was definitely a party night NEVER to forget!?Our Retro Renegades started to thin out as people's legs got weak-perhaps everyone had too many slipper nipples *tee hee!*?But we called it a night at 4am-well they did...as Robbie and I went on the search for more pubs to supply them with our presence........... ;o)
