Start’em or Sit’em: End of Season Recap

Each week, a Fantasy Guy will note a few players that you should definitely start and a few players that you should definitely sit in that particular week based on match ups, weather, history, trends, playing time, etc. This feature will attempt to exclude the obvious selections.  We will track the choices throughout the year to see how well we did.

Well the results are in.

Start’em Record (34-29-6), Sit’em Record (36-23-9).

I was better than 0.500 on both accounts, although it is much easier to decide who to sit than on who to start.  I had the most trouble on wide receivers as they were so inconsistent this year.  One week, 100 yards and 3 TD’s and the next week 20 yards and no TD’s.

I look forward on improving my choices next year.
