Matches are now confirmed for No Escape. Colour = current defending champion - Main event - FOW Heavyweight Championship Nitro (FOW) vs Karl Osmun (MWA) MWA star Karl Osmun entered the ring and took a moment to speak. He said the FOW is a joke and after he beat Nitro tonight he would take over and merge the FOW with the MWA. He said the FOW needs the MWA to live and learn. At this point Osmun was cut of by the FOW champion Nitro who came down the ramp without his fellow Generation DooM members. Nitro bodyslammed Karl Osmun to the mat then went to the top rope and delivered an amazing five star frog splash which took the wind out of Osmun. Nitro picked him up and hit a big boot to his face. Nitro was running wild and for once the fans were on his side. Nitro spent half the match showing what the FOW really is capable of by kicking Osmuns ass! Nitro was about to hit the Nitro Bomb to end it all but to everyones amazement it was reversed by Karl Osmun who turned it into an Ozmission! Nitro was trying not to tap out but you could see he was in pain. Suddenly out came the other Generation DooM members Rage and US champion The Warrior who broke up the hold. They then doubled teamed Karl Osmun and set him up for Nitro who hit the Nitro Bomb to win a succesful title defence. Revenge match Scorpion (FOW) vs 'Vanilla' Russ Hicks (MWA) This match was all about representing your wrestling federation and the two men did just that. MWA star 'Vanilla' Russ Hicks came down the ramp first with a crowd of loud booing! Scorpion came down next and the fans went wild for their FOW hero. As soon as the bell rang Scorpion speared right into Russ Hicks. Scorpion then threw Hicks into the corner post where Scorpion had the fans counting with him as he landed ten big ones to the face of Russ Hicks. Russ hicks looked like he couldnt keep up with Scorpion but Hicks reversed a clothesline and took the peoples champion down. 'Vanilla' then locked in a painful leg lock which was locked for nearly five minutes but Scorpion grabbed the rope and broke the hold. Hicks pulled Scorpion and threw him to the ropes but was caught of guard as Scorpion came back with a flying clothesline. Scorpion hit the DDT followed by the Scorpion Sting to pick up the victory for the FOW! After the match fellow FOW stars Kong, The Fury, Steve Freeman, Vulture, Manbeast and Toni came down to the ring and joined in the celebrations. FOW Intergender championship Thunder vs Lightning The match started of with the former tag team partners staring at each other in the eyes. Thunder threw the first punch followed by a few more and then a drop kick which knocked the champion to the outside. Thunder followed to the outside where he threw Lightning into the steel stairs. Both men got back into the ring where Thunder was taking control of the match. Thunder hit a leg sweep but received a low blow which totally stunned him. Lightning then landed a lionsault of the middle rope but missed. Thunder then reversed it and landed the Thunder Storm to pick up the victory. MWA Tag Team championship cage match Heathen Beaters Inc. (MWA) vs Search & Destroy (FOW) The fans stared on in amazement as the steel cage was lowered. Suddenly the lights dimmed and the song 'Squash that fly' by Fu Manchu began to play and out came Search & Destroy who were representing the FOW. They enter the cage and the music stopped. There was a five second silence before the Tit-o-tron turned on and there was MWA tag team champions Heathen Beaters Inc. They said that this match was a stupid idea and that they werent going to take any risks in this crappy federation. They stated that they signed a contract to say they would fight two members of Generation DooM and not this pair of ass-holes! FOW Lightweight championship Axel vs Joey 'the kid' Speed The match got underway right from the start. Joey had the matc under control for the first ten minutes. He was taking advantage of the ropes and delivered an amazing hurricarana to Axel. As Joey was about to go for the pin Jago Williams came running down the ramp and distracted the ref. While the ref was being distracted Axel nailed Joey Speed with the Lightweight championship belt! The ref turned back round and counted the three count and declared Axel the new FOW Lightweight champion! FOW UK championship street fight match The Wall vs Danny Steel The match started in the ring but soon went to the outside. Danny Steel threw The Wall into the announcement table forcing it to break. Danny Steel grabbed a steel chair and delivered the shot to The Wall. Steel then threw The Wall into the corner post followed by a bulldog to the outside mat! Danny Steel went for the pin and almost had The Wall but The Wall kicked out. Danny Steel was then taken down by a DDT. Both men went back into the ring. The Wall got a wooden table from outside of the ring and set it up in the centre of the ring. He placed Steel on it and jumped of the top rope causing both men to go through the table. The Wall then climbed on Danny Steel and got the pin to be crowned new FOW UK champion! Womens match Jade vs Kai This match was the debut match for new FOW star Jade. She entered the ring in front of 30,000 screaming fans and took a moment to speak. She grabbed the microphone and welcomed everyone to No Escape. She said that although this was her first FOW match she would certainly kick some ass. At that point she was cut off by Kai who came running down to ge the match underway. Kai took Jade down with a drop kick followed by a pin. Jade kicked out and grabbed Kai's ankle forcing Kai to go down. Jade ran to the ropes and landed a flying somersault to Kai to pick up her very first FOW victory. |
