Compiling a list like that is very hard work and i hope nobody will take it as me saying they're crap, the list reflects both everyone's involvement and ability shown within the hiking club, primarily since Sept 2000. Members who have been on less trips and hikes may find themselves with a lower value than they might have expected, this reflects the gamble a manager makes by choosing that member. Obviously some people may be unhappy with this, however this is just for fun and the value of members will change throughout the game, for example if their involvement increases.
