Chapter Fifteen

I have to get out of here...Lina thought in distress. She looked around desperately, but only saw Zell's beautiful, yet worried-stricken face as she searched for some way to get out of the room and away from this place she would never call home. She knew that when Zell looked that serious, with his eyebrows knitted into their softly tilted sad look and his eyes glimmering with true fear for her, it really was very important. She looked around and saw Sally throwing childish smirks over at Dincht who seemed actually pretty concentrated on what Irvine was actually saying to the class in his usual sly-guy swaying hips fashion. She had to get out of here. And what she had just seen proved it. Things just weren't right here and it was possible they would never be, but whichever way, she knew she had to get out, it just wasn't right.

Lina randomly pointed in some direction and it just happened to be at the window which now had suddenly exploded in a small fiery distraction. The students screamed in their own fear and jumped out of her seats, majorly panicking. Zell and Lina both popped out of their seats and headed for the door with great stealth and slyness. They were two feet away from the door; almost to homebase, just almost safe, but suddenly their hopes of getting out of the room were crushed by a familiar and malicious smirk.

Seifer slid in front of them quickly as they neared the door, his famous bad-assed smirk even more evil, as if taped over his mouth. He pulled off Zell's hat to reveal him for who he really was; to the class: a Dincht clone, opposite from what Lina thought of. The entire class now had their eyes on Zell; the classes fear was frozen and it didn't matter that the window had magically gone back to normal with no flames or no damage done upon it whatsoever. Sally and Dincht were astounded; they had a hard time picking their jaws off the floor in utter shock.

"T-that guy looks just like you," Sally stuttered, wanting to look up to Dincht for an explanation, but unable to take her eyes off of them. No one would, Zell looked exactly like Dincht and a few students had to rub their eyes to make sure they weren't seeing double of him. But, of course, it was no double, it was Zell and Dincht both in the flesh, both standing in front of them and both looking embarassed and surprised.

"W-who are you?" Dincht asked them cautiously. Lina pushed Seifer back down into his seat roughly and then pointed in the air randomly, her powers going to work. Immediately, all of the desks turned around to face the beautful white wall instead of looking at the man that had amazed all of them for the past minute or so of pure gawking. Lina quickly beckoned for Zell to head out the door, but he seemed frozen by all the eyes that had just been following him, including his own.

"Run, Zell, Run!" Lina muttered sharply at him, shoving him gently out the door and tossing her cap off onto the floor harshly. Zell gained his mind back again and they were off. Sally called out to them to wait as Dincht and Sally got up from their seats and ran out to follow them.
