"Give them back, Gorld," Lina repeated sternly. Zell looked over at Gina in a state of total confusion, but Gina was gone. In her stead, stood a woman with flowing brown hair that floating up in the hair in all directions as if she had been electricuted and mysterious green eyes which held a terrible malicious gaze of pure evil. Zell jumped back a moment from the shock.
"Give what back?" Gorld's voice was raspy and course and yet there was a seductive tone to it. It was obvious Gorld knew what Lina was talking about, but she played with her mind with her terrible entrancing tone of voice. Zell understood now that Gorld had known Lina had been watching, and so, as Gina, Gorld had attempted to tear Zell away from Lina. It was her idea of making Lina weaker, but she should have known better that Zell would not give in.
"My powers!" Lina cried, her sword glowing brighter than ever in her despair. Anger surged through her body and powered herself to move; she probably would not have been able to break free from the bonds if it weren't for her anger. After finally figuring out who Gina truly was, not even monsters could stand in Lina's path of charging towards Gorld. She wouldn't lose, no, not to Gorld. Gorld's body began to glow white, accessing Lina's powers.
Lina charged past Zell and straight to Gorld, her grip on the hilt of her sword tightening with rage. She slashed her sword out in front and swiped it forward towards Gorld's face. Gorld jumped back nimbly and dodged the well aimed blow quickly. Her newly acquired sorceress powers made her even more quicker than ever. Especially since Lina was perhaps among the more powerful sorceresses in the world. Gorld formed a small swirling mass of white light at the tips of her long sharp fingers and released it in Lina's direction with a great force. The blow hit Lina in the stomach and pushed against her body until she was shoved to the wall forcefully, leaving her crying out in pain.
"You're pathetic!" Gorld laughed in Lina's face evilly. Her cold high pitched laughter stung Lina's ears as she stood shaking with the rage of the world. No. I can't lose to her. I just can't! Lina thought, her thoughts boiling with determination and aggressiveness. "You're powerless against me now," Gorld approached her, the smirk on her face widening in a sinister way.
