A Little About me

On my fifth Christmas I got my first pony. I had a body cast removed the day before ( after 5 weeks in traction). It was suppose to be therapy, to make me work my leg and hip. I didn't care 'why', as long as I got a pony! From that day on my herd has just grown.

I have worked in the Thoroughbred racing industry for most of my adult life. I've held a trainer's license since 1979. I never got rich or famous, but have managed to win a stakes race and set a track record. Due to health problems, I've not had anything in training for awhile.

One of my passions is my art work. It started as a 'horse crazy kid' drawing ponies and horses. I have never had lessons, just a lot of trial and error.  Be sure to check out my art gallery, I am proud of the works that are displayed.

Home is more of a zoo than a farm! We also raise Heelers, have 5 aquariums in the house, and  the two meanest parakeets on earth!
