The first encounter is at Winhill Bluffs which is right near the town Winhill.
The second encounter is at Mandy Beach which is a shoreline near Timber.
The third encounter is a Kashkabald Desert which is in the Centra continent and is the desert to the right of Cactuar island.
The final encounter is east of Trabia on an island east of the Heath Peninsula.
Once you have encountered all four, go to the plateau just north of the Chocobo forest in Grandidi Forest which is a huge forest to the north of Esthar. At the plateau defeat the U.F.O and then return to where the garden used to be (near Balamb).
You will find the alien Pupu and you will have 2 choices. Kill it and get an accelerator or give it 5 elixirs and receive the Pupu card.
