The first five aeons you cannot miss but there are three other aeons that can be. They are Yojimbo, Anima and The Magus Sisters.
Yojimbo- Enter the cavern of the stolen fayth in the Calm Lands. You will have to fight Yojimbo along the way. After that continue following the path to find the chamber of the fayth. You then have to pay Yojimbo to become your Aeon.
Anima- You need to have got the five Destruction Sphere treasures from the first five Temples. Then you have to go to Zanarkand Temple and highlight three white squares in the first room and four white squares in the second to get the Destruction Sphere. Use it in the second room to get the Magistral Rod. Then go to Baaj Temple and go for a swim. Near where you killed Geosgaeno you will find the entrance to a temple. Now light up all the spheres and you will be able to get Anima.
The Magus Sisters- Once you have gained the previous seven aeons, go to Remiem temple in the calm lands. Fight all seven of Belgemines aeons and then go and get the Blossom Crown from the Battle Arena by capturing all the monsters in Mount Gagazet. Then use the Blossom Crown and the Flower Scepter, which you got from defeating Bahamut, on the doorway sealed behind Belgemine. Go down to the chamber of the fayth to get The Magus Sisters as a summon.
