This is a very old cartoon, going back to the time when people were
still learning how to do cartoon sight gags. You may or may not get some
of the gags or visual cues that tell you what is going on. If your
studying old cartoons then this is one you should see. Its ruff and
crude, just the kind of original stuff you see in some of these early
examples of animation story telling. Special note, two main characters,
a male and female mouse, look like a take on Minnie and Mickey Mouse
from none other the the studios of Walt Disney.
As for those not researching cartoon history. I really don't have much
to say about the cartoon in general. It's great if your into old
cartoons, because it is old. If you like the circus, then the backdrop
for the cartoon is the circus with one of the main characters being a
clown. The last is for those who like fat characters; one scene in the
cartoon is the side show ware we see the fat lady. |
