Okay, I got thinking, and I figured most non rabid Star Wars fans haven't
checked out the novels/comics because there's so many now it's friggin
overwhelming.
And keeping them in order without shelling out $19 for the (yet
to be released) essential chronology or being blessed with a Krazyfool's brain
for continuity, well forget about it.
Well, it occured to me there aughtta be a pared down timeline.
I mean, of course bantam will just show you the whole entire timeline, they want to sell books.
Not all the books are vital to the post Return of the Jedi timeline to know
what's going on.
The non-vital ones also...well they aren't exactly
masterpeices.
Surely Black fleet crisis can be trimmed to get back to Tim
Zahn and his characters.
I mean, Luke Skywalker falling for and marrying Mara
Jade is more momentous and interesting an event than some rogue alien senators
kicking up some dust.
So, I took the ones I consider to be the creme de la creme by the best writers, as well as the ones that depict vital parts of the sequil story and also kept in the back of my mind the whole thing should block out into trilogies because, well Star Wars should just block out into trilogies and that's that.
So, including the original and upcoming movies, this is as tight as I could crunch it down.
