| Jim Carrey currently lives in Brentwood, California. His dream of comedy began when he was a just kid and he would make people laugh at silly things that he did in elementry school. At age 15, Jim dropped out of school to begin performing impressions and stand up at a place called Yuk Yuk's famous Toronto Comedy Club. He played all over at all kinds of clubs in Canada untill he was about 19, when he moved to Los Angeles. Soon after, Jim became a regular at a club called Mitzi Shore's Company Store. Jim was put on tour by comedian Rodney Dangerfield, who was caught by Jim's young talent. Now Jim Carrey is one of the world's most famous actors/comedians. His name is heard of by almost everyone and he is still going on with his movies. Jim is a very successful person and he gives a great sense of hope to all who are inspired by him. |
