Grease Bloopers
Have you ever noticed all the mistakes in Grease? Here are some I have noticed:
1) When Vi is closing up the Frosty Palace, right before the Teen Angel sequence, she turns off the light with her elbow. Look closely - she is WAY off. The light switch is about 6 inches above her elbow! (Also, when Vi shuts off the second switch, she does not move it when the light in the back room goes off)
2) At the dance off when everyone gathers right before announcing Cha-Cha and Danny as the winners, Marty steps on her dress while trying to get up, then stumbles, and starts laughing.
3) When Crater face enters the gym with Marty and Rizzo at the dance, he takes his sunglasses off. Then, from a side angle, you see him taking them off again!
4) When everyone rushes in before announcing Cha-Cha and Danny as the winners of the dance off, it is clear that Marty is wearing knee pads when she gets up.
6) After the pep rally, when Sandy is talking with Frenchie, there is a long red string on Sandy's cheerleading uniform, near the letter on her shirt. The next scene, it is gone.
7) When the Pink Ladies are sitting down to lunch, and Jan comments about Zuko looking good this year, and marty says "history sometimes repeats itself" Rizzo makes some type of noise to ridicule the suggestion, but her lips are not moving.
8) The scene at the carnival after Rizzo gets off the ferris wheel, and kisses Kenickie, is seen again later at the end of the "We go together" sequence.
9) At the dance before the "mooning" Sonny asks where Marty is. He is told that she is in good hands. Sonny is heard saying "whose", but his lips do not move.
10) In the beginning of the movie, there are cars from the 70' seen in the background.
11) During "Beauty school drop-out", Rizzo stops briefly, seemingly to make sure she is still in sync with the rest of the girls.
12) During the dance, there is a couple that is having a hard time dancing, and the guy knocks the girl over. She yells at him- but her lips are not moving along with what you hear.
13) During the "We go together" sequence, Doody is one one side of the group, and then the next minute he is on the other side.
14) Just before Rizzo sings "There are worse things I could do", and she is standing against the school wall, Sandy comes up to her with her hair clipped back in white and a pink barettes. From scene to scene, that barettes switch sides, and also Sandy's hair goes from being curled under to being curled out.
15) Frenchy and Doody start out dancing just fine, then they have the scene where Frenchy asks if he can at least turn her around, and he says that he is trying to count - implying that he is a bad dancer. Then later on they have no problem dancing well again. ???
16) When Jan waves hello to the pink ladies at lunch time, a big piece of meat goes flying from her sandwich.
