| For those of you who thought I was exaggerating when I said Conakry was a huge sprawling shanty town... The following pictures were taken at the risk of being arrested...photography hasn't been legal in Guinea for very long and should you accidentally snap official buildings, police, army or just happen upon any military who like the look of your camera you will have to pay dearly to keep it or suffer an undetermined period of time in prison. |
