| Welcome to Fangorn IT Solutions. I'm the owner, Michael Franceski. My wife and I began this venture in 2007, after working for Sun Microsystems as a Technical Support Engineer, and becoming a Microsoft Certified Professional. My goal with this company is to supply affordable, competent, and efficient onsite technical support to both corporate and personal home computer users. I provide support in Windows, Solaris Unix, and Linux operating systems, as well as hardware and networking support. I charge $45 per hour, 1 hour minimum.
The following list covers some of the services I provide: Operating Systems - Installs - Upgrades - Recovery - Diagnosis and Repair Hardware - Installs - Upgrades - Repair/Replacement - Diagnosis Networking - Diagnosis - Setup - Maintenance - Troubleshooting I charge by the hour, not by the service. $45 per hour, 1 hour minimum After the first hour, time is rated in 15 minute increments. |
