On each band is a singular dwarven rune of adamant that is said to confer gallantry and a sure hand in battle. However, it doesn't seem like it would be too hard to manage once you put it on. It is made of a thick circle of heavy wood, braced and covered on the outside surface with a sheet of iron. Iron braces criss-cross the inner surface of the shield to give it added strength. The well-cured leather is studded with silver, and the buckle is made of steel and fashioned for strength. Part of the buckle holds a strap that can be used to tighten a leather loop stitched to the belt, making it very useful for holding blunt weapons such as hammers, morning stars and maces. The belt's loop is currently slack and holding nothing. It's made from steel without anything special to improve it. The armour covers almost every part of the body, giving decent protection from blows. Everything in the head area must have been cleaned out to make it fit over your head. It looks like it might be some good protection in battle. The gems on the coat glitter like stars, and the sound of the shaken rings makes a sound like the tinkle of rain in a pool. It looks much too small for you to wear. It is well shaped to cover the arm and shoulder, and would be of great aid in warding off blows. The straps of this shield are oiled black leather. The shield was was clearly designed for comfort as well as effectiveness. As the traditional garb of all warriors from the Mark, its ceremonial appearance is deceiving for it will easily turn the hardest blow. You do not think you have ever seen anything like it. Instead of regular plates, it has been shaped using pieces that fit together at odd angles. Perhaps the dwarven smith who forged this armour was thinking of deflecting a blow, rather than absorbing it. These gloves look like they would be of great help to the skilled craftsman when repairing and maintaining weapons. The seams along the crusty leather have been torn asunder, and the thin soles are peeling off from the shoe.
