JACQUES JAZZ and JAG
Ever since the Caravan "Cunning stunts" LP, the Fender Jazzmaster has always been on of my favorite guitar. I had to wait until this year to own this L series '65 beauty. The perfect blend of colours and woods, along with these large pick-ups and esoteric controls, seemed to me at that time the ideal mate for progressive rock.

I was far from its "jazz" guitar debut, which anyway never came to reality. Playing this guitar is however quite puzzling: its tone has a lot of authority, like a bossy stratocaster, while keeping the trademark Fender angst.
Here is its wonderful peghead, art deco volutes included.
Honest, can you resist ?
One thing about this guitar tone is the
sympathy ringing of the inner trem spring, which is much louder than an usual
strat.
Here are the 2 neck dates of my jazzmaster and jaguar. As you can see , first figure indicates the guitar model, 4 for jazzmaster and 1 for jaguar. Here more of my jag:
She's been around but what a great guitar...couple here with a '65 deluxe reverb and get started for the one of the best guitar tone ever. This is no surprise, as they were engineered to go together by Leo himself. And this candy apple...the forbidden fruit color still appeals to us poor men.
Oh yes, you're blushing. Most exciting sight next to a foxy Texan redhead.
A sunburst fiesta to end this page with beauty. '73 jazzbass, '65 strat and the '64 jazzmaster. Are you experienced ?
