Future Vision
Though we physically do not see the changes in our bodies, we must have faith that they will come ... 'visualize' these changes. We need to see ourselves as we will be or as who we know we are on the inside, until what we are believing for is seen in the "real world" and becomes a reality.

A handy tool to help you with your future vision is to do what prior champions did. They found a picture of a body they admired or wanted to look like and pasted a picture of their face on it. This helped them to really envision their goals. I have done that and with the help of my photo shop have made some fun "goal shots" for myself. I put them anywhere I needed to be reminded of what I was working for or what I wanted to look like. I had one on my bathroom mirror, so that everytime I was there I could compare myself to it. It helped me keep going and didn't let me get too comfortable, something that is easy to do when we start seeing changes. It's good to be happy with your progress, but don't stop short thinking you are "there" ... don't settle. Remember, you promised yourself you would go all the way and reach those goals!
Here are a couple of my "goal shots":

My favorite goal shot!
I have this on my computer desktop and my bathroom mirror!...Can you see how I was able to edit my face onto a body I found from a Shape magazine webiste? This is a fun one!
"Now faith is being sure of what we hope for and certain of what we do not see" ... Hebrews 11:1
This picture really spoke to me. Isn't it awesome?
It totally encompasses what I was saying before about future vision.
