Body For Life Challenge 2003 Round Two
Well, Round Two started much later than I had originally planned due to surgery, bed rest and then regaining my strength after laying down for so long. (so boring!) I had hoped to start in April, but didn't start until June 23rd. I tried to start prior to that, but just couldn't seem to get in the swing of things. Partly because I was staying up too late ... like 2 and 3AM! Remember, proper rest is vital to your weight loss and muscle gain! Now I am in full swing and am confident I will reach my goals. (YAY!)
Here are my stats and goals for Round Two:
Sunday, June 22, 2003:
Weight: 138
Arms: 11 1/2  ( I hate this! My arms are always so big!)
Chest: 37
Rib Area, Under Chest: 34
Waist: 29 1/2
Lower Abs: 34
Hips: 38 1/2
Thighs: 22 1/2
Body fat percentage: 26.4%
Lean Weight: 101.6 pounds
There is 36.4 pounds of fat on me now
Goal %: 15 - 21%
Arms: 10"
Chest: 34"
Under chest, rib area: 34, maybe less ... I'm a bit confused with this area
Waist: 24/25" (I used to be 23", but I will settle for this ;) )
Lower Abs: Hard to determine, but I noticed that that area  now is 5" larger than
                          my waist, so using that as I guide, I will say 30"
Hips: 34"
Thighs: 20"

Sadly, this is me in the beginning of Round Two trying really hard to put on a happy face. ; )-Sorry for the pic quality! August 5th, Week 7: I'm very slowly getting there, but will not give up!
