Comforters, duvets and warm wool blankets are provided for the beds. Rental guests are requested to bring their own linens and towels and are responsible for leaving the cottage in the same state of cleanliness and general order in which it was found.
Rates for Basic Rentals 2007:
$1300/week June
$1700/week July and August
$1100/week September
A non-refundable deposit of 20% is required to reserve the cottage, and a damage deposit of $200.00 is required upon rental, which is returned after the owners have had time to inspect the cottage and the telephone bill has cleared.
When your booking is confirmed, you will be mailed a package with detailed directions, maps, etc. Arrangements are made to greet all guests upon arrival and to tour the property with them, making sure they are comfortable and settled in.
