The Christian
A founding member of the church
   A respected community leader
   A pillar among your peers
   Of whom the Sinner asks...
So why at the misunderstood do you lurch?
The Sinner
   Doesn't fit the Christian mold
Has friends of whom the Christian doesn't approve
Is looked at as far to independent
   Asks of the Christian ...
    So Jesus wasn't bold?
Sinner to the Christian
Then you know and do hear -
    That gossip is a sin?
    Persecution requires atonement
Of this judgement you should fear

Christian to the Sinner
   You walk your own path
You say I don't know you
    I don't believe that's true
Yes I'm capable of Christan wrath
Sinner inquires
Shouldn't you for the sinner pray?
    Are not all humans sinners?
"He who is without sin.. first cast a stone at her"
So why on me do you prey?
The Christian counters
    You admit you have faults
Whether in your eyes I'm right or wrong
      I'll champion my Christian beliefs

The Sinner
    To each his own
       Let's learn from each other
Won't you join me in the dance of life?
The Christian

     I don't dance.
