| Once I had a light. To my life it brought warmth, It's rays sunny and bright. Unaware of its value I turned it off. It's replacement ornate and new. The new light took center stage. The old light was tossed aside, Becoming more valuable with age. One dark night I came across the old light. My eyes could now see its value. It once again brightened my night. Like an old friend, The light glowed brightly Bringing comforting light until the end. |
