Subject:  Weekend Project - Friendship Pens

As summertime is fast approaching, many people begin to attend concerts, while others attend concerts throughout the year. So, we thought it fitting to put together a series of craft ideas that will take you from now, into the summer, where you can feature your Hall & Oates photos/names/initials, in a variety of ways, that would be suitable, as a fan, for you to use while possibly attending one of their concerts.

The Weekend Project for today is, "The Friendship Pen!" They're fun, and can be taken with you anywhere, including concerts, and just maybe, if you manage to get an autograph from Hall & Oates, they will have actually "held your fantastic looking friendship pen in their hands!!!!" OMG!!!!!

Initially, we got the idea for this project from,
"Making Friends.com".

Of course, as usual, we improvised, as we found the use of glue to be too messy, and it was taking too long to dry, so, we used a double sided "peel 'n stick" paper that can be used to adhere beads, yarn, etc., to objects, i.e., pens, vases, boxes, etc.  We found that this worked best for what it was we were trying to accomplish.
