The layout is featuring a picture from the game "Vampire Masqure". I found it on a random type in on google.
The layout consist's of small, sliced images- created in Adobe Photoshop 7.0.1. The border of the text area was created simply by making a box in photoshop and fiddling with the blending options.
I chose to keep this layout simple, because i find that sometimes the simplest layouts work the best! *teehee*
