I am a stamp collector who is attempting to dispose of portions of my collection by selling them on my web site. I have a lot of stamps that would be almost worthless to most anybody looking to buy individual stamps for a collection. Therefore, I have decided to give away some of the stamps. I have a lot of common packet type stamps and CTO�s that will be given away. Accepting this offer will not obligate you to buy more stamps or will you be sent approvals. The only cost is postage. You can obtain a pack containing approximately 100 free world-wide stamps by doing a few simple things. A free US FDC will be included while they last.
Step 1 � Print out a copy of this page on your printer.
Step 2 � Go to my Delcampe web site, answer the first two questions and write them on the sheet you printed.
Step 3 - Answer the next two questions.
Step 3 � Put the paper with the answers in an envelope with another business size envelope addressed to you with 42 cents return postage attached (Until May 11, 2009). US postage rates go up on May 11. (Customers from outside the USA may send mint stamps equivalent to what it will cost to mail the letter to the USA.)
