| I've been fascinated with airplanes since boyhood. My first airplane ride was over Apple Valley. I remember thinking the houses and trains below looked like a model train layout. When I was in junior high school, I had a working Cox model of a P40 Warhawk. College brought renewed interest, but no funds to finance. In 1975, following a trip to Colorado and visit with Mark and Mary Reynolds (and a plane flight with them), I began flying! |
