Sit and Learn
(for parents/grandparents of children, ages 3-7)
Parents learn how to use practical, easy-to-implement activities to foster children's skills in the areas of visual memory, language development, alphabet and number recognition, math readiness, fine motor development, and learning to read. Each activity is clearly demonstrated and practiced
during the workshop.
Participants take home a tote box full of materials (over 30 items) they can use right away with their child and a parent's manual they can refer to as needed.
Cost: $2999 for up to 25 participants; only $75 per additional participant (max. 40). Cost includes participants' materials, workshop fee, and presenter's travel expenses.
How to Help a Beginning Reader with Spelling, Writing, and Reading
(for parents/grandparents of children, ages 6-9)
Participants learn dozens of practical ways to help a child with reading, spelling, and writing - including specific prompts useful in guiding a beginning reader.  Participants receive a parent handbook and a tote bag full of materials to use at home (including magnetic letters, sequence cards, dry erase boards and marker, and children's books).
Cost: $2999 for up to 30 participants; only $65 per additional participant (max 40). Cost includes participants' materials, workshop fee, and presenter's travel expenses.
