Servilla's first husband, William Frank Burton, died in October 1884 in Illinois. Her next known recorded marriage was to James Patterson on July 17, 1894 in Illinois. None of Servilla's descendants know anything about Bud Broadwater. Some of them didn't even know his name at all until I discovered it.
I found one Broadwater family in Moberly Missouri in 1887. John Sidney Broadwater was born January 1823 in Virginia. He married Margaret Trimble on September 14, 1847 in Calloway County, Missouri.

I can not find anything that can connect Bud to this family other than the grand-daughter of Delia remembers a brother of her grandmother called "Bud", but does not know what his given name was. She did know that he was a Rail Road Mechanic,
