The Callins Family members participate in family reunions every two years. Not only do the descendants of George and Lucy Callins hold family reunions, but so do the families of George's brothers and sisters. Some reunions of the past are the Callins-Clay family and the Callins-Brooks family.
The next Callins Family Reunion will be the Callins-Clay reunion in 2007 in the city of Charlotte, North Carolina. Information on this reunion will be posted on this website.

In 1990, The Family Reunion Institute was established at Temple University in Pennsylvania. Their mission is to serve as a resource to families having reunions and to revive, maintain and strengthen the extended family.
