We all know that CPS workers lie, lodge false allegations, misreport, distort,
exaggerate and fabricate allegations against parents and other caregivers
of children. We all know that they perjure themselves under oath, fail to
follow their own policies, rules and procedures. We all know that they omit
all evidence of our innocence from their reports and testimony. We all know
that they knowingly and egregiously and routinely violate families' rights. However, one of the major reasons CPS has been allowed to get away with this for so long, destroying American Families in the process, is the "Public Pretender" which are either court-appointed attorneys or even privately retained attorneys who fail to give families any defense, much less a "vigorous" defense, in child abuse and neglect procedures. Losing custody of our children IS like a "DEATH SENTENCE" to good parents. The fact that Lawyers provide incompetent defense or no defense in these child abuse and neglect cases is inexcusable.
We're not going to take this any more.
NOW IT'S TIME FOR ACCOUNTABILITY FOR PUBLIC PRETENDERS TOO

has very successfully gotten some unscrupulous and unethical social workers
fired and are launching thier SHOCK AND AWE campaign. I'd suggest that everyone
find out details on how the Washington Warriors are accomplishing this and
follow their lead.
This campaign inspired me and I thought a similar campaign must be done for the "Public Pretender" The Public Pretender Project is this: Each state has a Bar Association. On the Bar Association website should be information on guidelines attorneys are "supposed" to follow when representing their clients and there should be a complaint process listed to file complaints against attorneys who have failed to give clients a vigorous defense. Read the ethical guidelines Attorneys are supposed to follow, find the complaint process for your state, and file an official written complaint against the attorney that was "supposed" to be representing you in your child abuse and neglect case. Try to locate others in your area who were also misrepresented by the same attorney and have them file complaints as well. The Bar Association, typically, will not take any disciplinary action against the attorney until they receive a number of complaints. Don't allow yourself to be intimidated (and they very well might try to intimidate you into not filing the complaint). When they have your children, holding them hostage, when everything you hold near and dear is at stake, when these so called "professional social workers" (professional kid snatchers) and the system have you surrounded and cornered in fear, when there is no safe place, no place to run and hide to.... the best course of action is to fly straight into their faces with all your might, stand TOE TO TOE, Steely eyed, and stare straight into the face of the CPS MONSTER, with the TRUTH backing you up! We must shout it from the rooftops and don't stop until they

These Lawyers, both privately retained and court-appointed, took our money
and did nothing to defend us, we relied heavily on them and counted on them
to protect/defend us and our families. Some of us were totally financially
devastated by these leeches. God help us, we trusted them and we literally
put the lives of our children in their hands. They put us AND MOST IMPORTANTLY
OUR CHILDREN through the wringer, and
