Oddity: She has been married once, after her friend Robin died. She had wanted to take care of Robin's child. The marriage lasted a mere three months before Stevie and the child's father stopped grieving and realized that that wasn't what they wanted, and they divorced.
Stevie Nicks has led a long life of music, since performing with her country-music inspired grandfather as a child, to the outstanding solo career and touring with Fleetwood Mac to this day. At 16, she got her first guitar, and wrote her first song "I've Loved and I've Lost (And I'm Sad but Not Blue)". Her latest solo release is the album "Trouble in Shangri-La", and with Fleetwood Mac, "Say You Will". |
