White-billed Diver - Once again showed astonishingly, but it looked tired and bloughted from all those crabs and all those birders harassing it!
11th March - Hayle Estuary, Penzance and Mousehole
Spotted Sandpiper - Showed well by the road bridge at Hayle
White-billed Diver - Head shot in the sun.
Redshank - Fed near the Spotted Sandpiper
American Herring Gull - A debatable bird from Mousehole, sat on St Clemets Isle, offshore, (tricky as we've learnt from experience!) so we took down all the features which were on view (report to come). An all dark tail and general brown colour all over should put you on for now...
Chiffchaff - Put on a show whilst the Y.B.Warbler eluded us at Love Lane, Penzance in the sunny afternoon.
