This site has come about because, I have experienced interpretations of dreams in my own life and have learned how to interpret them. Great Spirit has given me this gift to help other and I hope to be able to do it when the opportunity arises.

Interpreting Dreams

Questions to Ask yourself:


Recording your dreams is important:

  1. Dream date
  2. Dreams title.
  3. What kind of dream? Give it a name.

Sleep


Sleep is important, the more rested you are the better dream recall you will have. The foods we eat and the liquids we drink can effect our sleep. Here are some things that can hurt the dream state: Tea, coffee, chocolate, alcohol, soft drinks, nicotine, diet medications, and even being sick.

To Help You Sleep

Hops Tonic:

Onion Tonic:

Mix together equal amounts of hops, valerian root, wood- botony, Chamomile, and peppermint than put 1 oz. of mix in a pan and pour 1 pint of boiling water over it. Let this steep for 15 min. Next strain with a coffee filter or cheese cloth. Take 6 oz. 3x's a day.

Slice up an onion than place in a glass pint bottle and pour boiling water over it. Let set for 20 min. strain and drink 6 oz. before going to bed. Don't forget to brush your teeth after drinking this mix. LOL


Sound

Another good sleep aid is sound therapy. I have a small waterfall fountain next to my bed sitting on the bed-side table and I have a Conair sound therapy machine that has about 10 different sounds . I can combine 2 sounds which can be quite nice plus the water fountain that helps me to drift off into sleep land.
