For those of you who need an explanation how to figure out what time a meet is for your time zone, here we go.

Ok, say the meet is at 600-pm C time. If you are in the P time zone, minus 2 hours since there are 2 time zones in-between.

For predators time zone, since he is in Thailand, the thing to do, is to convert your time to E time and change the PM to AM.
