| Though not often, damages may occur. If you should receive a damaged item; please return it to Heart n' Soul in it's original package within 14 days and we will get a replacement item out to you as soon as possible (if you need our return address see our "Home" page). If a replacement item is no longer available we will then refund your original purchase price. Otherwise all sales are final.
