The w tank is located in the skivers stage.Get onto the moving platform which is onits way down.Then start counting .After it crushes another 2 dead platforms , quickly jump onto the 3rd dead platform( not moving). Then you will see it there waiting for prince charming.

Until now I don't even know what this tank is called.What a useless megaman X player I am.Just use mattrex's weapon and burn down the wooden platform above.
