Ho, ho!To get this E tank , you must be alert of the moving screen and know the whereabouts of the tank.You just need to jump and dash in the ride chaser.You will be hovering in the air for quite sometime and it is enough to get you to the E tank.

In area 2 of the snow base ,just destroy the ice blocks and you will find it around there somewhere.
