As fresh as yesterday i remember bathing you and putting you to bed. Brushing your hair and playing dressup with you. Watching you take your first steps. Celebrating every birthday with you, and watching aladdin with you. You were the first child that wasnt my own that i loved with all my heart. I am lucky i got to experience the most precious moments in your life with you. Watching you grow before my very eyes makes me proud, humble and a bit sad. I know you are not a baby anymore and i adore you still, with all the faults of teenage angst. Not only can you see me as your older cousin but as a sister and a friend. I will never push you away. In this life you will find there are few things that you can rely on, but you can always rely on me. ALWAYS! I hope to make my mistakes your life lessons, to lessen the pain this world can bring.
