The Mechwarrior known as Talyn was a blazing ristar of the newly formed Clan, Wolf in exile. His bloodline was traced back to the blood house of Radick and as such he, from the very start, had much to live up to. Talyn�s Trial of Position was remarkable, receiving two kills and firmly establishing at the forefront for his Blood name and earning him the Timber Wolf, a heavy �Mech that he would name �Garou� and start to form his own legacy in the proud Clan.

He would begin that legacy on small planets, defending them for raids from both pirates and rouge �clanners fighting beside both Wolves and Inner Sphere forces.

One of his last assignments would garner him a leading position in a planetary assault against a pirate stronghold. This set the stage for what would be his greatest opportunity to silence his nar�sayers and establish his bloodline once and for all. Assigned as Clan-Sphere liaison, Talyn was unprepared for the social and bureaucratic maneuverings of the Inner Sphere nobles.

Talyn became involved with the wife of a low-level functionary on a world wind tour of a series of BattleMech factories. Talyn did not understand the feelings that he had and being so far away form his support network, had no one to answer his questions. The relationship was passionate and intense and welcomed to the hardened warrior until the husband, drunk and angry, uncovered the affair and in a fit of rage accidentally killed his wife. Talyn, beside him self in rage slew the husband and sealed not only his fate, but also that of the Wolf�s mission, both ending in defeat. The anti-clan sentiments called for Talyn�s death and forced Kahn Ward to deal harshly with the young Warrior.

Talyn returned to Arc-Royal in disgrace and faced a trail of abjuration. Talyn�s genetic material was expelled form the Clan�s depository. The night before his exile, Talyn, with the help of an unnamed Clanmate, escaped, slipped into �Garou� and headed form the life he had known for so long.

Finding a ride on an Inner Sphere tramp freighter, Talyn hopped from small contract to small contract, eventually finding a lostech cache deep in an unexplored asteroid belt. Talyn martial skills, helped by his Clan EI, did not diminish as he fought like the rabid wolf that some began to call him. Talyn was not surprised when he found that a reward had been placed for the murder of the husband and as such was forced deeper into the underbelly of the Inner Sphere, but freed more time for him to hone his skills.

It came as a huge surprise when the request to travel to Outreach was extended and he was promised safcon. Loading Garou onto the waiting dropship Talyn headed to what he hoped was his next chance for lost glory.

While fighting with the Nightfeeders, Talyn moved too far forward, advancing far forward of the engagement line. By doing so, he put himself into a 4 on 1 situation that forced him to retreat. In an effort to aid him, Nathan Pietch, Commander of the Nightfeeders, broke cover and fired upon the lance engaging Talyn. This action broke the surprise attack early, causing it to fail. This created a dangerous situation for the Nightfeeders, and ultimately resulted in Talyn's death.
