POLICIES
Arrival and Departure TimesNormal arrival time is 11:00 AM; departure time by 12:00 noon. Adjustments can be made to accommodate group needs by approval of Managers.
Security
All buildings have an individual lock and key. Only the designated responsible person will have access to all keys and is responsible for opening and locking all buildings should the group leave the premises for off-camp activities. Children/youth are not to be in possession of any keys at any time. All keys are to be accounted for and returned to the Manager before the group's departure. There is a charge for each lost key. A Manager has living quarters on the premises to oversee the camp's usage.
lt Leaders for Groups
Children/youth groups must provide their own adult (18 years or older) counselors at a ratio of one adult per group of six (6) children. One adult must sleep in cabins occupied by children.
Medical Care
A medical authorization (including name of insurance company) form signed by each child's parent/guardian MUST be available during each camper's stay at Falcon. Each group must bring their own person trained in CPR and First Aid to serve as camp nurse. A first aid kit is located in the kitchen, but the group may bring their own kit. The community hospital, fire and rescue squad are within minutes of the camp.
Insurance
Insurance per person per day is included in the fee schedule. This covers accidents at Falcon or activities approved by Falcon. Personal property is not included.

Sleeping bag or blanket (twin size)
mattress cover (option)

shoes (preferably sneakers)
wash cloth, towel and shower shoes

rain wear
flash light and batteries
bathing suit
hat to shelter from sun (optional)
Meal Accommodations
A fully equipped kitchei is provided containing:
2 stoves (gas and electric)
2 refrigerators
pots, pans, bowls
cooking utensils
freezer
microwave
can openers and mixer
Group must provide their own cook, disposable plates, bowls, cups, napkins, paper towels and plastic eating utensils.
Building Use
We ask that you be faithful stewards of this facility by only planning and conducting activities that can be safely done in the buildings. Please do not sit or stand on tables, sinks or in windows. All gas and electric appliances (lights, fans, stoves, heaters, etc.) are to be turned off when not needed>
Telephone
A telephone is available 24 hours/day. It is located in the multi-purpose building. The camp number may be given to all participants and parents, (804) 443-2886. For long distance calls, only phone cards or collect calls can be used.
Breakage or Damage to Falcon Property
Things do break unintentially; however, adult counselors must curtail children's inappropriate behavior. The group adults are responsible for letting the Manager or Groundskeeper know immediately when things are broken so they can be fixed before someone is injured. Unreasonable damage to property and equipment MUST be repaired by the group or compensated for to Falcon Conference Facility before the group departs. Buildings will be checked by the Manager or Groundskeeper along with the designated responsible person prior to the group's departure. No items are to be taped, tacked or stapled to walls without prior approval of the Manager.

Cleaning Policy
Groups are responsible for cleaning ALL buildings before departure. Cleaning MUST include sweeping, emptying all trash cans, cleaning up the kitchen and putting all Falcon appliances back in place, washing sinks and toilets, etc. All trash must be put in designated containers for disposal.
