History: Born to the Emperor's cousin, human, who is a Duke. Mother was an Elf who died when Mitsukai was six years old. On the day of her birth, her mother said she looked like an angle, so named her Mitsukai which translates as Angle. When she was younger, the deceased Emperor and her father had discussed marraige between the two, but it was frowned upon by other in the court because Mitsukai is half elf.
Currently though she is in league with the rebelion, seduced by a Dark Elf.
